DTSI performed on a major facilities management challenge for the Department of Labor, Employment Training Administration Job Corp. This project incorporated numerous tasks that started with the custom design of a payroll system capable of managing the full spectrum of banking for 60,000 students. The second task called for staffing and managing a help desk with first-call-results response that served 109 Job Corp Centers, 25 center contractors, 10 regional offices, 85 placement agencies, and 22 support contractors. Training, problem resolution, system administration and report distribution became an integral part of project implementation. On this contract DTSI also managed, staffed and operated the Job Corp Data Center, San Marcos, TX.
