DTSI performed data conversion and data reduction services for the Civilian Pay, Accounting and Budget Division at the Finance and Accounting Office, Fort Sam Houston, TX. DTSI also provided the necessary hardware and software (to include the COTS programming software package, Key Entry III) and performed the computer analysis, programming, data input and maintenance required to produce magnetic tapes with complete payroll and personnel data for the civilian payroll supporting Fort Sam Houston. Deliverables were provided on time, accuracy was always achieved and short turn-around time limits were always met during the performance of this contract.
