Team
President & CEO
Mr. Manuel Marrufo, with thirty years of experience in financial and
general management, serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of DTSI.
Marrufo’s tenure at DTSI has spanned over twenty years, including his time
serving as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. In his capacity as CEO, he is
directly involved in all levels of company day-to-day operations which include
customer liaison, finance, sales, technology, and compliance. He also sets
policies and strategies for meeting company objectives and the continuance of
DTSI’s culture as a customer driven company.
Mr. Marrufo graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a Bachelors
in Business Administration, where he also earned an MBA. He is licensed in
Texas as a Certified Public Accountant.
Vice President & Controller
Mr. Victor D. Contreras has been in the DTSI family for over twenty years. He
has served as Finance Officer and now as Vice President and Controller of the
company. With over twenty years experience in public and private
accounting management, Contreras oversees all facets of corporate, contract, and
financial operations for DTSI.
Mr. Contreras received both a Bachelors and Masters degrees in Business
Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso. He is a Certified
Public Accountant licensed in the state of Texas with memberships in the Texas
Society, and the American Institute, of Certified Public Accountants.
Vice President, Program
Management/Southwest Division Manager
Mr. Brian L. Hickok, with
over forty years of progressively responsible experience in the field of
Information Technology (IT), spanning both the government and commercial
sectors, serves as Vice President, Program Management and Southwest Division
Manager. His responsibilities include client relations, staffing and retention,
business management, project management, new business development and contract
management.
Mr. Hickok served 20 years in the United States Air Force specializing in large
IT projects and subsequently managed IT enterprises for several major public and
private organizations. He has been on the DTSI team for over ten years.
Vice President Operations
Mr. David Ramos has been a part of
the DTSI family for over twenty-two years. His thirty years experience with
commercial and governmental entities, both domestic and international, includes
not only managing IT projects, but also heading Human Resources efforts to
support them.
As Vice President of Operations, Ramos focuses on planning market strategy,
opportunity capture management, and general business development with
governmental customers throughout the United States. He also assists in
overseeing business operations for the Southwest Division of DTSI.
