provides senior level communications/RF Engineers to develop and
implement Communications projects to support the Iraq Coalition
Provisional Authority’s (CPA) mission. The scope of this design-build
IDIQ contract includes, but not limited to, work associated with the
survey, design, construction, demolition, reconstruction, renovation,
restoration, investigation, remediation, implementation,
interoperability with existing systems and equipment and operation and
maintenance. The goal of this project is to assist in the restoration
of the Iraqi infrastructure through delivery of projects that will
provide the maximum benefits to Iraq’s citizens.
