DTSI has been performing IT services at the Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC), Randolph Air Force Base, Texas since April 1992.  Association with a government customer for such a long time speaks well of many attributes of DTSI's management, staff and performance. The Personnel Center is a government entity that strives to remain on the leading edge of available technology.  This imposes a responsibility on the contractor to remain current in this technical field. In fact, one of the task orders requires DTSI to monitor the IT industry on an ongoing basis and report to the center on new developments in those areas of interest, both software and hardware.

On other task orders at AFPC, DTSI provides:

Development and Sustainment on two large ORACLE based legacy personnel systems for Civilian and Military personnel .

Manage and staff the Center's worldwide Helpdesk.

bullet

Provide computer installation (deployment), moves, updates, and repair for their small (PC's) computer systems.

bullet

Implement and operate an online storage, retrieval and archiving system for all of the Air Force retirees dating back to the very first records available
