DTSI
has performed at high levels in projects with non-defense related federal
agencies.
DTSI’s Microwave Relocation contract with the USDA Forest Service required
the installation and removal of microwave equipment at seventy-six (76)
sites across nine (9) National Forests to ensure compliance with the
Commercial Spectrum Enhancement Act (CSEA).
The services provided by DTSI
included: engineering design, detailed surveys at thirty-one sites; a
transition implementation plan that identified all steps needed to bring
each site in compliance with CSEA; and the acquisition of all equipment,
labor, tools, supplies, supervision, and any other items necessary to
implement the Project Plan.
DTSI’s success
with the Forest Services project signals an emphasis on increasing its
wireless technology portfolio.
