DTSI's fifteen years experience
with successfully developing and sustaining large scale Oracle based
personnel systems at the Randolph Air Force Base, Air Force Personnel
Center, in San Antonio, Texas, led to a contract with Lockheed Martin
Information Systems and Global Services (LMIS&GS).
The contract requires DTSI to provide IT software application services for
LMIS&GS' Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS). The DCPDS is a
large-scale civilian personnel system developed at the Air Force Personnel
Center. LMIS&GS has the responsibility to implement and sustain the
personnel system on a worldwide basis. DTSI provides technical staff,
experienced in working on large government Oracle personnel systems. This
staff is designed to: perform tasks analysis; determine and document module
requirements; design coding requirements; code and test modules, and
implement them into the DCPDS for system deployment.
DTSI’s long and positive
experience with Oracle government personnel systems has provided a valuable
specialized component to a large and successful solution with
LMIS&GS.
