Mr. Contreras is an
experienced financial manager with over 27 years experience in public
accounting, private accounting and management. He has been with
DTSI for over 18 years serving as Finance Officer and Controller. Mr.
Contreras earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and a MBA
from the University of Texas at El Paso. |
He is a Certified
Public Accountant licensed in the state of Texas and also a member of
the Texas Society and American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants. As Vice President/Controller, Mr. Contreras is
responsible for all facets of corporate, contract accounting and
financial operations for DTSI.
